Cash on Delivery
COD is available nationwide. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — nothing is charged upfront.
Dispatch
Orders placed on working days are prepared for dispatch the same or next working day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time varies by city and courier network. Major cities are typically faster than remote areas. Your tracking link gives the most accurate estimate for your specific parcel.
Order issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or the wrong item arrives, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and we'll sort it.
Returns
Unused items can be returned within 7 days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
