Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your city and the courier. Your confirmation email includes tracking as soon as the order is dispatched.
How do I know which case fits my phone?
Choose your exact model from the Model dropdown on the product page. If your model isn't listed, we haven't verified fitment for it yet — message us and we'll tell you when it's coming.
Will MagSafe accessories work through the case?
On any case listed under MagSafe Cases, yes — a magnet ring is built into the back. Cases without a magnet ring say so clearly in the description.
Can I return a case?
Yes, within 7 days, provided the case is unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund & Replacement Policy for full details.
Do you take pre-orders for new phone models?
We only accept pre-orders when a product page is explicitly labelled as a pre-order. If an item is not labelled as a pre-order, it is regular in-stock inventory.
How do I track my order?
Your dispatch email contains a tracking number. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
