The single most common reason a phone case has to be returned in Pakistan is not quality. It is that the buyer ordered for the wrong model. This guide fixes that in about a minute.
Step 1: find your exact model
Do not go by memory, and do not go by the box. Check the phone itself:
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap About
- Read the line marked Model Name
That line gives you the exact answer — "iPhone 14 Pro", not "iPhone 14". If your iOS version does not show Model Name, look at Model Number instead and search that number; it maps to exactly one device.
Step 2: understand why Pro is a different case
This trips up a lot of people. Within one generation, the standard and Pro models are physically different phones:
- Different body sizes. An iPhone 15 and an iPhone 15 Pro are close but not identical, and a case sized for one will be loose or tight on the other.
- Different camera layouts. Standard models usually have two lenses in a diagonal pair. Pro models have three in a triangle. The cutout shape is completely different.
- Different button hardware. Recent Pro models carry controls the standard models do not, so the side cutouts differ too.
So "iPhone 15 case" and "iPhone 15 Pro case" are not interchangeable, and neither are the Max and Pro Max variants. If a seller offers one case for a whole generation, they have not checked.
Step 3: check the size family
As a rough guide, these are the four body sizes across recent generations:
- Standard — around 6.1 inches
- Plus / Max — around 6.7 inches
- Pro — around 6.1 to 6.3 inches, heavier frame
- Pro Max — around 6.7 to 6.9 inches, heaviest
Screen size alone does not decide fitment — a 15 and a 15 Pro are both roughly 6.1 inches and still take different cases — but it is a useful sanity check. If you have picked a Pro Max case and your phone is the small one in your household, something is wrong.
Step 4: a note on converter cases specifically
Converter cases are less forgiving than plain covers, because the whole point is a camera bar that sits in a precise position. A few millimetres out and the bar overlaps a lens. This is exactly why we list every model as its own product rather than one listing with a long compatibility paragraph. Read more in our guide to what converter cases do.
Step 5: screen protectors are a separate question
Tempered glass follows the front of the phone, not the back, so the camera layout is irrelevant. What matters is screen size and the shape of the front cutout. Our borderless glass range covers iPhone X through the current generation, and you pick your model on the product page the same way.
Still unsure?
Send us a photo of the back of your phone on WhatsApp, or the Model Name line from Settings. We will tell you which listing is yours before you order. That takes thirty seconds and saves everyone a return — which matters a great deal when the order is Cash on Delivery.
